Before progressing a formal referral or sharing personal information, we confirm the participant’s consent or the referrer’s authority.

We acknowledge referral enquiries and make initial contact within two business days.

Currently welcoming self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.

Registration pending

Our external audit is complete and the final NDIS Commission decision is pending.

Referral process

A clear path from enquiry to support.

We assess every referral individually. Suitability depends on the participant’s needs, requested schedule, location, funding and the availability of an appropriately matched worker.

    Send an initial enquiry

    Email hello@anchorsupportgroup.com.au or contact us by phone with a brief outline of the support being requested.

    We respond

    Within two business days, we confirm receipt, clarify any initial information and explain the next steps.

    Discuss suitability

    With appropriate consent, Debbie and Karla learn more about the participant’s goals, support needs, preferences and risks.

  4. 04

    Confirm arrangements

    If Anchor is the right fit, we agree on the service details, worker requirements, schedule and communication arrangements.

Initial referral information

What to include.

Please keep the first email brief. Include the referrer’s contact details and relationship to the participant, confirmation of consent or authority, the participant’s preferred name, general location, funding type, requested supports and preferred days or times.

Do not attach sensitive health records or detailed reports to the initial website enquiry. We will make contact and explain what additional information is relevant and how it should be provided.

Anchor has successfully completed its external audit for the following registration groups. Final registration approval from the NDIS Commission is pending.

With the participant’s consent and according to their service agreement, we can communicate with support coordinators, allied health professionals, healthcare providers and other members of the participant’s chosen support network.

We aim to share relevant updates, respond to changing needs and raise concerns promptly while protecting the participant’s privacy, dignity and right to make decisions.
