How We Can Support YouYour support, your way
We take the time to understand what’s important to you. Your goals, routines, communication needs and preferences guide how we work together.
Family members, carers, advocates and other people in your support network can be involved when you want them to be. When supporting children, we work alongside parents or guardians while listening to and respecting the child’s voice.
You are actively involved in planning your support and making decisions about how it is delivered.
Your identity, culture, values, privacy, dignity and preferred way of communicating are respected.
Workers must complete relevant screening, reference and onboarding requirements before providing support.
Your goals and circumstances may change. We review support with you and adjust arrangements where needed.

Support with daily living tasks such as showering, dressing, meal preparation, medication prompts and household routines. We focus on maintaining dignity and independence while helping you feel comfortable and supported in your own home.

Debbie and Karla remain involved as your support is planned and established. We explain each step clearly and give you time to ask questions, consider your options and involve someone you trust.
Debbie meets with you to talk about your day, what you enjoy and where you would like support. You also discuss anything we need to know to support you safely.
We agree on what support will look like, when it will happen and what matters most to you.
Your service agreement explains the supports, responsibilities, costs and how changes can be made.
We stay in contact, listen to feedback and review your support as your needs or goals change.
Your rights
You can ask questions, involve an advocate or support person, request changes, give feedback or make a complaint. Raising a concern will not affect your right to receive respectful support.
We protect your personal information and only involve other people or providers with your consent or direction, except where disclosure is required for safety or by law.
